Senator Ed Gomes (D-Bridgeport) was sworn into the Senate today by Secretary of the State Denise Merrill. Sen. Gomes has been elected to serve the communities of Monroe, Trumbull, and Bridgeport. Sen. Gomes took the oath surrounded by family and supporters.
